Assist Store Managers in many of the day-to-day tasks such as personnel training, completing fuel surveys, making bank deposits and receiving product. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring products are stocked in a clean and safe environment.

The shift lead will also be responsible for the sale of product and operating the cash register. In the absence of management may be required to complete a list of other routine duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolve customer issues and provide an excellent shopping environment by ensuring the interior, exterior and bathroom areas are kept clean.Identify selling opportunities and ensure products are available for customer purchase by stocking inventory in accordance with prescribed plan-o-grams.Complete necessary steps and paperwork to receive all deliveries and ensure fuel and merchandise are available to customers.Submit service tickets to resolve problems or issues affecting the store.Complete all tasks necessary to prepare for opening or closing store including fuel surveys and shift duties as required.In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance.Train new cashiers on daily duties.

REQUIREMENTS:Must be 18+ Years of age, 19 in Alabama and 21 in Illinois.High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 month of related on the job experience.Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Must have dependable transportation.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and some material handling and forklif experience in a manufacturing environmnet. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions) These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. * Keep work orders up to date both on pick slip and computer. * Complete accurate cycle counts. * Use forklift to load and unload trucks. * Maintain fork/clamp trucks (i.e. changing/filling propane bottles, check fluid levels, etc) * Store raw materials in bins and place transfer in system correctly. * Troubleshoot transfers. * Keep production machines stocked with material and have all materials prepared for Operator to run job. * Maintain raw material areas. * Use clamp truck to stock presses when large rolls required. * Fill out Material Rejection Forms and distribute to appropriate people. * Maintain inventory through cycle counts. * Responsible for cleanliness and organization of receiving area. * Maintain regular and predictable attendance. * Have the ability to work cooperatively with others. * Follow all facility safety policies, procedures and reporting protocols * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Other (Non-Essential) Functions Includes functions which are normally performed by persons holding this title. Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close-up vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. * Regular exposure to manufacturing environment with one or more unpleasant hazardous conditions including but not limited to exposure to dust, dirt, high noise levels, chemicals more than 50% of the work time. * Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
