Summary

This position will be on 2nd Shift (2p-10p) providing clerical support for the Store Room of a large manufacturing facility. Must be willing to work OT as needed as well as some weekend / holidays when the operations requires Store Room support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Code and enter requisitions, receipts, and other data into SAP.
Weigh material trucks and calculate net weights of material.
Perform cycle counts of material in the Store Room to insure accuracy of the inventory
Basic filing required for incoming material on a timely basis
Assist as needed with storeroom duties assigned by supervisor.
Ability to successfully lift 50 to 75 pounds.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as needed.

Working environment is in an office but there will be times exposed to extreme hot and cold, noise, vibrations, oils, and atmospheric conditions, such as dust, fumes, and metallic particles.

High school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is required. Prior experience working in an Store Room, Warehouse or inventory crib preferred. Attention to detail with product counts, units of measure, stock locations and cycle count data is expected. General housekeeping duties are part of the Safety measures for this position. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Saddle Creek is looking for Forklift Operators for on 2nd shift to join our team in our new warehouse in Bessemer, AL. Forklift Operators are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, stacking, staging, and transporting products into and out of distribution center/warehouse using stand-up forklifts with clamp. Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is of great importance to this position. Provide outstanding service to the customer by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner is key for this position. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities * Arranges product and loads/unloads trucks with consideration to size, weight, and height. * Inspect and document condition of industrial equipment. * Works productively receiving and picking products with little supervision. * Provides and inspires outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner. * Maintains condition of distribution center and warehouse work area. * Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same. * Additional duties as assigned by distribution center or warehouse management. VIEW JOBS Responsible for leading a production operation in assigned department focusing on safety, people development, production, quality, and delivery to the downstream customer. As a production supervisor, you will lead the work of hourly production employees to ensure that best practices are followed in a manner that provides safe operation while maximizing quality and productivity. You will apply lean manufacturing tools (real time actual versus plan metric tracking, standardized work, problem solving, root cause analysis, etc.) to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Associates or Bachelor Degree is preferred but not required. A minimum of 1-3 years of project leader or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment is required. Previous foundry experience with a good understanding of production operations or similar manufacturing operation is a plus. VIEW JOBS POSITION SUMMARY The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing select non-complex medical interventions on the health care unit and housing units safely, accurately, and according to standard procedure. Medical Assistants work under the direct supervision of a physician. and/or, depending on scope of practice, direct and indirect clinical guidance of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Obtain and monitor vital signs of infirmary/medical unit patients. * Transcribes and implements physician orders * Implement medical plan through interventions in accordance with provider instructions and scope of practice. * Assist nurses as needed in the medical unit within the scope of practice. * Prepares treatment room for patients. * Gathers and documents patient data * Assists physicians and mid level providers with examinations * Maintain inventory supplies * Following policy and utilizing appropriate documents, flow sheets and forms, will document all health-related encounters for patients. * Assist physician or nurse with minor procedures and treatments. * Maintain and clean medical equipment on a daily basis as needed. * Identify basic signs and symptoms of deviations from normal health status.
