Position Overview

As the Store Operations Spervisor, you will contribute as a member of the Store Management team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. Success is achieved through championing new ways of selling tools and executing daily/weekly business objectives by assigning and managing tasks, goals and priorities for the sales associate team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting a memorable customer experience for every guest by providing exceptional service at all times and supporting front and back of house functions. The Sales Support Supervisor is primarily a non-selling role, however, this can shift as business dictates.

  • Lead operational training sessions for brand ambassadors, both new and existing, to align with our standards and values.

  • Oversee and synchronize activities across the Back of House and Sales Floor, promoting efficient operations.

  • Handle all incoming stock within target Units per Hour goals, execute pricing updates, and maintain stock room organization. Apply EAS devices to merchandise as needed.

  • Participates in replenishment activities; Engage in restocking efforts, manage ISOS reports, retrieve and process merchandise to the sales floor, adhering to productivity benchmarks.

  • Participate in reorganizing the stock room and stick resets for optimal operation.

  • Participates in contributing to the visual merchandising efforts on the sales floor.

  • Manage the reticketing process, create and associate RFID tags, and ensure merchandise is returned to the sales floor.

  • Conduct regular stock checks to support selling team and customer satisfaction.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints, upholding high service standards.

  • Support and hold accountability to company policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

  • Provide constructive feedback on associate and team performance. Provide ongoing and coaching for positive and increased performance.

  • Ensure proper merchandising, signage and visual standards are maintained per company guidelines

  • Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the RL experience, ensuring the customer experience is always priority.

  • Supports a professional and positive work environment, champions company core values and upholds company policies, collaborates with colleagues, and contributes to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.

  • Supports and participates in team training and company initiatives to execute business results.

  • Supports the store and team in finding top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • College Degree or equivalent a plus

  • Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel

  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately

  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)

  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

  • Business acumen

  • Strong planning and prioritization/time management skills
