The Store Operations Coordinator will successfully support and organize the programs and activities that pertain to omnichannel or store initiatives as well as other operational systems, projects, and launches. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize active and pending project integration status updates effectively, including omni-channel initiatives (OMS), communications (Opterus) and in-store POS functions (Xenia, applications, etc.) Facilitate collaborative conversations with cross-functional partners on executing primary work streams; enable development and implementation of project plans, timelines and communication Collaborate with supervisor and other operational teammates in executing the development of processes and instructions that will improve efficiencies and workload Spend time in stores, with Store Leadership, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities within the store environment to contribute to the identification of solutions that ultimately simplify workload Monitor Order Management System for current status and needed follow up Manage orders that have issues, those that are aged, and order errors that are stuck somewhere in the system and escalate issues when necessary Support content development for field-facing communications, tools and resources for new and upcoming operational initiatives or pilots Review and analyzes key performance indicators related to stores to sustain and improve processes Coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and coordinate client service activities Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives that support the team and drives sales goals Additional duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
