Position Overview

To encourage store subordinates to fulfill or exceed the sales target and promote the brand in China.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store. Responsible for achieving shrinkage goals and for the establishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedures.

  • Work with Senior Management to establish and achieve sales and margin goals, develop operating budgets and monitor performance.

  • Identify items and merchandise classifications of high sales and profit potential. Partner with the Visual Presentation team in regard to merchandise presentation.

  • Identify potential improvements in store operations and merchandise flow to maximize the department's performance.

  • Assist the recruitment, selection, training and responsible for supervision of staff to maximize sales and profit performance. Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives that support exceptional customer service standards.

  • Execute Ralph Lauren's promotional strategies and programs, assuring that they support Ralph Lauren's sales and profit objectives. Regularly visits relevant competitor to maintain awareness of store performance and market trends.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree or above.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects a high level of taste and sophistication consistent with Ralph Lauren's lifestyle philosophy.

This Product Management Manager role is responsible for overall product management and strategy for Payment Manager and Check Disbursements for various markets and customer segments. Responsibilities: * Inspire, engage, and lead by example the product team responsible for Payment Manager and associated services, as well as controlled disbursement, account reconcilement, positive pay and associated services. * Motivate and enable team member performance through clear objectives and expectations, ongoing feedback and coaching, and written performance evaluations. * Provide product, market, and solution consulting to sales and external customers. * Collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to fight fraud, resolve issues, support enhancements, and identify opportunities. * Effectively advocate on behalf of customers with internal and external partners, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Manage product profitability and revenue goals. * Develop product strategies and roadmap based upon proactively identifying market changes and opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and understanding client needs; resulting in increased retention, profitability, market penetration, and competitiveness in the market. * Identify opportunities and present to leadership team to gain consensus, set priorities, and secure resources. * Develop and launch product enhancements or new product solutions in partnership with key stakeholders, while adhering to compliance / privacy and risk policies. * Understand and effectively manage the risks that are present in the product areas including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adherence to internal policies, procedures and controls; and proactively addressing changes in fraud vulnerabilities to effectively protect our customers and the bank. This position may be open to other Wells Fargo Hub locations. As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: * Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. * Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
