Store Manager-In-Training

The role of Store Manager-In-Training (MIT) was created to provide a fast-track for highly motivated individuals eager to become Store Managers. In this position, you are held to superior customer service standards.

You are expected to directly contribute to store goals by performing key duties in all aspects of operations. You'll also be expected to take initiative from day one--and you wouldn't have it any other way. You should know that traveling to other stores within a district is part of the program.

In fact, you must be willing to move to another store in the area after completing your training, if necessary. But we know you'll do whatever it takes. That's what being a Store Manager-In-Training at Rent-A-Center is all about. Are you ALL in?
