  • Supervise a store team consisting of 8 to 15 staff members.

  • Recruit, hire and train customer service oriented store team members.

  • Promote and ensure a safe environment for customers and store team members.

  • Supervise and motivate the store team to grow sales on all shifts.

  • Maintain the store's image to company standards.

  • Develop the store team members to assist them in reaching their career goals.

  • Comply with company non-discriminatory standards when recruiting and developing store team members.

  • Work with all suppliers to ensure store is stocked with fresh products at all times.

  • Analyze sales trends and formulate action plans to maximize sales growth.

  • Control the store's expense lines by employing proactive methods.

  • Implement and execute all company sales programs.


  • 21 years of age or older.

  • Retail and/or Food Management experience.

  • Minimal travel (i.e. regional and district meetings)

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Access to a vehicle where you are insured on the vehicle.

  • Customer oriented.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check

  • Complete Topshelf Manager Training (Tennessee Stores that sell wine)

  • Prior gas station experience is helpful, but not required. *

This role will ensure the delivery of outcome based, cost effective care by utilizing metric-driven decisions. The primary purpose of this role is to manage, develop and mentor clinical staff. This role will collaborate with all team members to achieve exceptional outcomes. In general, most of the time will be spent in the following activities: * Identifies and facilitates professional development needs and competency of staff through home visits with staff to supervise and evaluate clinical performance; identifies and follows through with development plan * Maintains compliance with regulatory agency policies and procedures by providing staff guidance in making clinical and case management decisions that are cost effective and focused on clinical outcomes * Accountable for team performance in achieving desired clinical and operational performance Measures * Utilizes clinical software to identify opportunities for education, most appropriate utilization of services, oversee clinical progression of patients and trend team outcomes and performance. * Assures that clinical and functional outcomes are achieved at the highest level possible * Resolves patient care problems collaboratively with internal/external customers - collaborates with peers across the regions * Oversees the daily assignments for clinical and clerical staff based on client needs and staff competency to maintain team productivity standards; LEAN Daily Management process (Visual Boards) Ensures timeliness of SOCs and timeliness of adjunct service delivery * Determines staffing needs and coordinates hiring to meet service demands for assigned geographic areas * Hires, trains, coaches and evaluates staff. THERAPY: Licensure: A physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech therapist with a license to practice in the State of CT Education: A Bachelor's degree in one of the therapy disciplines Experience: A minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
