The Gateway Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and marketing, and sale of art in Gateway's store and gallery. Gateway artists exhibit and sell artwork and receive a commission on art sales. The store manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities in the onsite store as well as for oversite of the online store and off-site sales.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in art or related field preferred. In some cases, experience may be substituted for academic training.
Strong technical skills required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task required.
Prior retail experience along with prior human services experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability as a both a self-starter and strong team player required.
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and be able to successfully pass a MA CORI, nationsl fingerprinting check and employment verifications/references.
