This position will report into the District Manager. Your performance will be measured by your ability to drive sales, foster an elevated customer experience, and maximize profit goals.   • Being a brand ambassador for SIX:02

  • Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top performance and an exceptional customer experience

  • Executing standards in recruiting, hiring, training, guest services, visual merchandising, and store operations

  • Building local business partners, event planning, and community outreach that will drive sales

  • Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability

  • Enhance brand loyalty by empowering team to create a natural and personable experience for customers

  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, store leadership and corporate business partners

  • Connect your customers with the community and share the latest fitness events, classes and promotions with customers

  • Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication

  • Ensures visual directives and standards are maintained

  • Passion for teaching associates product knowledge and how to apply their learnings to the customer experience

  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting

  • Clienteling and styling experience is a plus

  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

  • Must have an interest in an active and/or healthy lifestyle

  • Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products

  • Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment

  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis

  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do: * Ensure that your store achieves company objectives and KPI goals * Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling * Recruit, develop and train top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused * Set the example for The Torrid Connection and ensure the team is providing a shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty * Implement merchandise strategies while also providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop * Maintain an effective and open line of communication with District Manager and HQ partners What You'll Need: * At least 1 - 2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success * High School graduate or GED equivalent.
