Store Manager

We're looking for a Store Manager who thrives on turning ideas into action and empowering others to do the same. They're naturally inquisitive and enjoy spotting opportunities to improve sales and systems. They're also a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire others to embrace change while maintaining their independence and initiative.

Blackstone Shooting Sports is looking for a Store Manager for our Charlotte, NC location who is committed to our mission of delivering happiness by providing a best-in-class entertainment experience for all. This position reports to the General Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive P&L results

Schedule & oversee the Team

Drive Membership sales

Ensure the delivery of a consistently incredible Guest experience

Lead, manage, and hold accountable all direct reports

Own the Team Member selection process, ensuring that proper staffing levels are maintained

Manage onboarding and ongoing training & development for Team Members

Ensure that all process & standards are followed & met
