As the Store Manager you will:

  • Use your business acumen, efficiency and problemsolving skills to drive and grow the business

  • Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results

  • Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising and visual expectations

  • Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of SM/AM.

You will also have:

  • 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations

  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)

  • A positive attitude and lots of energy

  • A passion for people - both customers and your team

  • Confidence to give and receive meaningful feedback

  • Ability to do multiple things at the same time

  • Strong merchandising skills and an eye for visual details

  • Initiative to continue self-development

Required Skills

Join a team of colleagues who are committed to excellence and leadership development. *Job Overview* The Security Guard's primary responsibility is to deter theft, communicate suspicious activity to the Asset Protection/Loss Prevention Department, maintain a safe business environment, and provide strong customer service. The Security Guard is primarily stationed at customer entrances and monitors customer traffic entering and exiting the store. Performs other duties as assigned.
