Job Title: Store Coordinator

Department: Retail

Reports To: Store Manager

FLSA Status: Regular Non-Exempt


This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards. The Store Coordinator will oversee the entire store showroom team. The position responsibilities include support of company goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily store operation needs.


  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results

  • Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed

  • Train and develop patient consultants, ensuring all Patient Consultants are knowledgeable on all company products

  • Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used

  • Monitor register sales and complete required cash drops throughout each shift, ensuring cash registers do not go above $2300

  • Audit completed transactions, ensuring patients have been dispensed the correct milligrams under the correct route of administration per DOH guidelines

  • Monitor walk-in queues within Viridian POS system; ensure timely processing and identify opportunities by communicating with the team on issues, concerns and updates

  • Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures

  • Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with patient return process, and product availability spreadsheet


  • Associates degree preferred, two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must have prior cash handling experience

  • Management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion

  • Highly motivated, confident, high-energy; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels

  • Strong attention to detail; time-management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a patient consultant team

  • Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.

  • Must be computer literate

  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties

  • Must possess a valid FL identification

  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening


Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met. Due to the nature of our business, it is advocated that when representing Trulieve that our professionalism meets the needs of the medical patient base that we respectively serve. To uniformly align with the organization, an individual must be able to provide a level of communication that aligns respectively with the diversification of our patients which may exhibit opportunities to assess the situation and apply meaningful service. In addition, must be able to quickly identify and insert additional support where needed to deescalate situations without compromising Trulieve's objective in serving our patient base with excellent customer service.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance


40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.

VIEW JOBS 4/2/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-01T00:00 Auto req ID: 207676BR Job Description Mfg Scale House Assoc Coordinator is responsible to track, coordinate, and enter data for all logistic traffic through the Ft. Pierce facility. It is the Scale house coordinator's duty to insure all records are maintained and traffic is regulated to provide a safe environment for the juice process and storage function. This job is not limited to the following primary job duties; additional duties may be performed as required. Scale house personnel will need to use good communication skills and treat all with respect. The scale house personnel must control fruit loads from the yard to Processing's bins. The attendant must coordinate fruit projection reports from the data collecting mainframe. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Scale vehicles and coordinate the data entry process * Manage and use various systems such as Automatic Data Collection (ADC), IBM Mainframe, Bin Automation, SAP and Microsoft Office applications * Communicate with the State Lab, ramps, grading house, Leads and the bin dumper to keep Processing supplied with production fruit * Monitor cannery activities and get fruit in the bins as soon as possible * Achieve zero level of bin spills. * Communicate with Processing, Aseptic, POG, Feedmill, and Barrel Room * Communicate with Bradenton Traffic Department, Fruit Procurement, Finance, Security and Field representatives. * Track paperwork for hold orders and damaged trailers * Reconcile all Scale House related issues * Record Citrus Operations ADC and SAP inventory transactions, including production confirmation and shipments, accurately and timely * Validate all ADC transactions are complete, and that the data has interfaced to SAP; resolve all discrepancies timely * Document all shipments, including by-products and recycled materials, on the appropriate logs daily * Collaborate with ICS each period end close to reconcile the fruit and by-production inventory balances * Publish the Fruit on Hand Report at the end of each production day Role Expectations: * Must adhere to 5S standards * Must follow all Quality Procedures/Guidelines as trained and certified * Must follow all Plant and Department Safety Rules * Must be comfortable with and successfully use work-related technology systems and software (ADC, SAP, IBM Mainframe, etc.) * Must be able to work in fast-paced, quickly changing environment * Must be able to multi-task * Must be able to do general office work (filing, fax communication, and making copies) Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Minimum 1-year computer experience in a business environment * Minimum 1-year experience in customer service * Experience in Microsoft Office Products * Able to work off-shifts, weekends and overtime Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience with SAP, ADC, and/or IBM Mainframe * Experience managing vendor relationships * Experience handling sensitive data entry and accuracy Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
