Being able to effectively communicate with all customers and associates.

Writing information on signs and forms.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all customers and all associates.
Standing/walking for up to 9 hours, with one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks as rest periods (maximum 3 hours at a time on feet),
Reaching/bending/twisting and stooping/kneeling/crouching to place merchandise in a storage area, store display and/or in a customer's shopping cart.
Reading, understanding, using and following information on merchandise, equipment and procedures.
Occasional lifting/lowering and pushing/pulling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds from floor level to approximately 6 feet high.
Reaching/grasping/manipulating all equipment in a safe and proper manner (e.g. cash register, dolly, towmotor and paper/plastic bags).
Being able to count change (coins) and paper money back to customers.
Being able to service customers out of doors in all weather conditions (Parcel Pickup - maximum 3 hours at a time).
Tolerating temperatures down to -20 degrees F for periods up to 15 minutes.
