We are looking for someone with 2 years experience in retail ora related field, preferably with management experience as well. You must beable to demonstrate and provide exceptional customer service; hold yourself andthe team accountable; coach those who struggle but who desire to succeed; treatall those with whom you interact with dignity and respect; give clearinstructions; be able to understand and carry out directions designed todeliver product and customer service excellence; maintain organization andinspire your team to follow your example of leadership.
