Storage Engineer

 OneDrive Storage Engineer (M365) needed!

Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph. Hours: 
Day Hours - Mon-Fri.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the migration of data to Microsoft 365 (M365) and OneDrive, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

Design and implement strategies for migrating data from on-premises NetApp storage to M365 and OneDrive, adhering to best practices and security standards.

Manage and maintain global NetApp storage solutions, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Monitor storage performance and capacity utilization, implementing proactive measures to ensure scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver storage solutions aligned with business objectives.

Provide technical expertise and support for storage-related issues, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Implement and enforce data management policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to storage and cloud computing, evaluating and recommending enhancements as appropriate.

Education Requirements: HS/GES and 19 years of experience, ORBS and 14 years of experience. 
IAT Level 2 Certification Mandatory Skills:    Experience with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutionsExpertise in designing, implementing, and managing Entra ID and Active Directory services in both on-premises and cloud environmentsProficiency in scripting languages (eg, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management tasksProven experience as an Entra ID Engineer, Active Directory Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on cloud migration and Azure integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms, including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and security controlsMandatory Skills:   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service deliveryExperience with data replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies in both cloud and on-premises environmentsExpertise in migrating data to Microsoft 365 (M365) and OneDrive, with a solid understanding of cloud migration methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of NetApp storage systems, including configuration, administration, and performance tuningProven experience as a Senior Storage Engineer or similar role, specializing in NetApp storage solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues

Approximate salary range: $119,000-$134,500
