Essential Role and Responsibilities
Receives and places in stock all material turned over from the receiving department, incoming inspection, and the manufacturing area.
Accurately enters correct information into receiving program and identify errors made by QC.
Ability to troubleshoot receiving errors, find root cause and rearrange area to fit new products.
Basic knowledge of how parts move throughout the organization.
Work professionally with other departments to solve issues with minimal guidance.
Read and respond to stock room emails and pull correct parts as required.
Ability to close our large lists of work orders and import into journals to reconcile with supervision.
Uses strong attention to detail during inventory count and attempts to solve errors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School graduate preferred.
Basic computer skills in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook and proprietary software.
Basic knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
Prior experience handling electromechanical parts and materials preferred.
Prior experience associated with documenting and recording stock preferred.
Valid Driver's License required preferred.

Self-motivated, and possess a high degree of curiosity and desire to learn new things.
Ability to take initiative and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift forty (40) pounds of stock of, various sizes, multiple times per day either/or from the floor, overhead, or while reaching over a barrier.
