Recognize areas in need of cleaning and do so without being directed
Recognize items needing to be stocked and retrieve those items from the dishroom and stock the assigned work stations
Promote a great working environment and teamwork with the kitchen workers
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Literate and fluent in English
Team Player with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and a commitment to success
Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must display the willingness to be a team player
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to see, hear, speak
Mobility skills to move quickly and easily around in a high volume restaurant
Must be able to carry a loaded tray with at least six plates and four glasses from the floor to the station
Must be able to continuously stand and maneuver a bulky cart in a confined area
Ability to frequently push or pull at least 300 lbs. on a bus cart
Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to bend, twist, kneel
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
