Responsibilities:

  • Provide a great experience for our customers

  • Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store

  • Become a subject matter expert in your role and model adherence to standard operating procedures

  • Understand and learn other aspects of store operations including stocking associate duties and responsibilities

  • Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • 1 year experience in retail leadership role preferred

  • Technical, Trade or Vocational degree of High School diploma/equivalent or 2 years management or functional experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone

  • Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift

  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder

  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program)

Availability:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary

What You Will Do As an Associate with St. Vincent Health-IN, you will have the opportunity to supervise and coordinate unit staffing and provides leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in assigned area. You will: * Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift. Contributes to or performs performance evaluations of staff. * Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate patient care is given. * Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes. * Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels. * May provide input for hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff. What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration: * Required Credential(s): * Certified BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. * One or more of the following: * Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. * Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: * Diploma * Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required Work Experience: * 1 year of experience required.
