We are seeking a skilled Stock Plan Analyst to join our team at Lineage. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of equity plan administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess experience in equity plan administration, with a preference for Shareworks expertise and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee equity program data maintenance and reconciliation, collaborating closely with stock plan administrators.

  • Develop and deliver communications and training sessions to educate employees on stock plan benefits, policies and procedures.

  • Manage equity grant uploads, generate reports, and address inquiries from employees regarding stock plans.

  • Ensure adherence to equity plan documentation for internal and regulatory compliance, including SOX requirements.

  • Support annual and ad hoc equity nominations, enrollment, and vesting processes.

  • Assist in monthly accounting tasks related to equity and stock-based compensation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on equity-related matters, including report generation and ad hoc requests.

  • Design custom reports and dashboards to facilitate informed equity decisions.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Constant communication with our third party equity consultants and auditing the transactions they are processing on our behalf within Shareworks.

  • Provide support for compensation-related activities and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 of experience in equity plan administration or financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous.

  • Experience with Shareworks preferred.
