What You'll Do:
Administer compensation programs, including merit, bonus, and equity components,
Actively participate in equity planning, utilizing previous experience in stock plan administration
Prepare and provide information to employees about stock plan eligibility, vesting schedules, and exercsie process
Manage day-to-day operations of the stock plans, including equity grants, exercises, and releases, preparing grants and processing employee transactions
Participate in other compensation related activites such as proposals, job evaluations, promotion requests, and salary surveys
Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity and compensation programs while providing excellent service to team members at all levels
Support HR reporting and analytics, ensuring quality data and metrics are available for business needs, including data analysis
Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance requirements affecting stock plans
Participate in HR projects, contributing to initiatives with a focus on project tasks and deliverables, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Experience & Education Requirements / EEO
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field with knowledge of equity processes and administration
Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues
Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutions
Be comfortable managing upward, including being a proactive communicator and asking for help when needed
Have confidence and be able to establish valuable relationships with others
Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge
Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and managing carrier connections
Previous experience with Equity Edge

Work Environment:
This position primarily works in the company office or in a home office. The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer. For in person meetings, this position will need to be able stand, walk within the office and climb stairs on occasion.
