Come join the DMVA team, apply today DESCRIPTION OF WORK In the role of Stock Clerk 2, your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and documenting the arrival of goods, as well as placing these items in their designated storage areas and dating materials when necessary.

You will be tasked with fulfilling internal orders while ensuring that supply levels are consistently monitored, stock is replenished, and items are rotated based on their usage and expiration dates. This position necessitates the operation and upkeep of forklifts and pallet jacks, in addition to the manual handling of heavy objects. Furthermore, it is anticipated that you will uphold a clean and organized workspace in compliance with regulatory standards, thereby ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be willing and able to work in Allegheny county, PA. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience in stores control work Experience operating a forklift Experience providing administrative support Experience in purchasing and creating purchase requests in SAP/R3 system or with any other automated purchase (credit) card request system Experience with Microsoft Office Suite modules Level of education Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
