Position Summary

The CNA provides skilled care to patients on an intermittent basis in the comfort of their home by performing various services to meet their needs and promote comfort. The CNA is responsible for observing patients and completing documentation correctly and timely, under the supervision of the patient's Registered Nurse. While providing care as a CNA, you'll build relationships, improve quality of life of others and serve the elderly who are in need of support and care.
