State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) 7am-7pm/7pm-7am (12hr shift) Responsibilities (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistant: Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, carries out routine patient care and participating in more complex patient care needs. Assist residents with personal care/hygiene, mobility, activities of daily living, etc.

Communicates all independent observations to the team nurse/charge nurse. May participate in patient care conferences as assigned.
