Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
The Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources Stewardship Coordinator will be a primary member of the Warnell Development and Alumni Relations team and report to the Senior Director of Development. This position coordinates all donor stewardship activities and events including planning, managing, and executing the Warnell Annual Scholarship Banquet. This position will independently manage, coordinate, and support various special projects and events for the Development and Alumni Relations Office. Works collaboratively with a wide variety of people to enhance engagement opportunities. Serves as the liaison to the Warnell business office and UGA Foundation.

Donor Relations and Stewardship
Coordinate all donor stewardship activities and events.
Lead coordinator on planning, managing, and executing annual Spring Awards Banquet.
Maintain current list of all 70+ scholarship and fellowship endowment descriptions, purpose, criteria, impact, and recipients to help ensure donor intent is followed in selection process.
Produce student profiles and reports to demonstrate impact of scholarship and fellowship endowments.
Coordinate with UGA Office of Donor Relations and Stewardship in all related activities, on behalf of the school. Participate Team Stewardship meetings and events.
Coordinate weekly acknowledgement process to ensure letters to donors are timely, accurately, and detailed.
Oversee sky suite process including all communications with guests and coordination of game day details. Stock suite prior to season and each game.
Manage monthly birthday card and annual holiday card initiative.
Responsible for annual donor honor roll.
Coordinate arrangements for special stewardship projects.
Percentage of time 45 Duties/Responsibilities
Engagement Events and Meeting Support
Support engagement events and meetings including Homecoming Weekend, Parker Golf Tournament, Alumni and Friends Regional events, Warnell Weekend, and Warnell external boards. Duties include process event approval forms. Attend, set up, and manage registration and payment for events.
Coordinate arrangements with caterer and photographer.
Collaborate with other Warnell offices' events including Warnell Career Fair, Roundtable, Graduation, Langdale Center for Forest Business Golf Tournament.
Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities
General Office Support
Serve as primary liaison to Warnell Business Office and UGA Foundation.
Gift Processing, utilize GAIL (UGA Giving and Alumni Link), FAME to support the office of Development and Alumni Relations.
Create check requests for reimbursement and vendor payment.
Order office supplies and promotional items.
Work with graphic artists to create various development and alumni communications materials including invitations, holiday cards, and birthday cards.
Coordinate with IT to provide updates for development and alumni relations pages and Warnell boards.
Support all aspects of the Warnell Development and Alumni Office as needed and other duties as assigned.
