The Steward works with the culinary team to clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, the kitchen and other kitchen equipment, in accordance with time, product and placement standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Ensure that all cooking utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas

• Ensure that kitchen work areas are kept clean and tidy

• Ensure that the correct chemicals are used as part of your duties as dishwasher

• Maintain a clean work area

• Comply with all Health and Safety functions

Pay Range: $17.20/hr.- $18.00/hr. Base pay provided may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, job knowledge, skills and job-specific/overall experience.
