Maintains high standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment. Operates industrial dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment efficiently, handling equipment relocation to support the various departments.

Capable of lifting heavy equipment and using industrial-strength cleaning chemicals while following safety protocols. Demonstrates strong multi-tasking abilities and teamwork skills in a fast-paced setting.

Key Components of the role will include:

• Scrapes food off dirty dishes and loads them into the dishwashing machine.
• Operates the dishwashing machine, stacking racks correctly and presoaking silverware.
• Moves supplies and equipment as needed.
• Cleans walls, tables, racks, sinks, and stainless steel surfaces. -
• Maintains kitchen equipment by cleaning major items as scheduled.
• Uses silver de-tarnishing equipment to keep silverware shiny.
• Empties and cleans trash cans at the end of the shift.
