Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Day Shift, 7a-7p, 3 days a week, with makeup of 4 hours administrative each week

The role you'll contribute:

The Case Cart Inventory Supply Supervisor will be responsible for managing and maintaining supply stock in Case Cart to ensure that the appropriate supplies are available for surgical cases The Supervisor will be responsible for requisitioning supplies, managing consignment products and processing consignment requisitions, managing inventory levels, setting par levels, and managing expiring goods. In addition, this position will be processing return products, updating and organizing supply areas, and completing all computer software functions necessary.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Has overall responsibility for managing supplies in Case Cart.

• Builds and maintains relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff and leadership.

• Coordinates and communicates with Supply Chain and OR teams regarding product conversions, physician preference changes and back-order alternatives

• Establishes and maintains PAR levels for stocked and non-stocked items in Case Cart.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.

• Graduate of recognized Surgical Technologist Program, CRCST program, or have 1-2 years of related Inventory management experience.

• 1-2 years of related Inventory Management experience.
