Summary
This position is responsible for understanding and cultivating assigned region to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling full-service steel approach to existing customers and creating new ones.
Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Banker's products, services and solutions. We are a full-service steel contractor.
Work with EVP to development a regional sales plan that supports overall company revenue and profit targets. Note: We are looking for +/- $50M in annual revenue from assigned region.
Develop and maintain strong/long-term/mutually beneficial relationships with key players in assigned region including Construction managers/General Contractors, Engineers, and suppliers.
Meet/talk regularly with key players in assigned region.
Update and maintain bid list for all projects in assigned region supporting sales plan.
Attend weekly sales meeting to review bid list and discuss hot button items.
Work closely with estimating and erector to prepare and present professional technical proposals accurately defining our offer (price, scope, schedule, terms, etc.). Note: Must have a firm grasp on the industry and work effectively with internal departments to do so.
Compensation/Benefits
Salary is negotiable $85-125K, commission, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
