We are looking for a/an Steam Turbine Program Engineering Manager to join our Services_AME team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Oversee steam turbine engineering activities from design to repair.
Lead redesign efforts for improved performance and reliability.
Serve as an SME on steam turbines.
Develop inspection protocols and analyze data.
Set technical standards for repairs and upgrades.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion.
Mentor engineers and technicians.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's and Master's degree in degree in Engineering
15+ years' experience as a design engineer.
Experience as an original equipment manufacturer.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
