THE JOB

THE PAY RATE Starting at $21.09
THE DAY TO DAY
Successfully managing the allocation of guest rooms and distributing them to managers across all shifts
Efficiently handling rush room requests from the Front Desk and VIP Services to ensure prompt accommodation of guests
Continuously receiving and processing special requests from guests such as baby cribs, bed boards, irons, hair dryers, etc., via phone or computer printer
Promptly receiving and processing guest requests for turndown services, extra towels, etc., forwarding them to the appropriate employees
Generating and distributing necessary reports for Housekeeping, Day, and Swing shifts to ensure smooth operations
Ensuring completion of the Housekeeper Assistant's report in the morning and afternoon, ready for distribution to the Assistant Hotel Manager, with a focus on professionalism and simplicity
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
Prior experience as a dispatcher, operator or call center environment a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in bilingual communication
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
