  • Solve complex data problems using appropriate methodologies for analyses (e.g., advanced regression modeling, spatial, and longitudinal analysis).

  • Contribute to grant proposals, research projects, and collaborative initiatives aimed at improving health care delivery and outcomes.

  • Create data visualizations and tables to communicate research findings and model results effectively to stakeholders, policymakers, business leaders, and the health care sector.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant programming and statistical methods, and health policy research.

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in project meetings and discussions.

  • Perform other research activities as required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Familiarity with causal inference, longitudinal data analysis, and regression analysis.

  • Familiarity with health economic concepts.

  • Strong presentation skills and experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • One-year related experience.

  • Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, economics, public health, or related field.

  • Two or more years' experience in data analysis or programming.

  • Prior experience developing, maintaining and/or validating a predictive model or microsimulation.
