Under the direction of the Facilities Director, this position shall be responsible for the operation of stationary boilers, air handlers, variable frequency drives, chillers, cooling towers, building automation system, and maintenance of buildings and equipment including general operations.
Provides excellent internal and external guest services, treating internal and external guests with courtesy and consideration at all times.

Operates and maintains mechanical equipment, such as natural gas hot water boilers, air compressors, variable frequency drives, generators, motors, chillers, cooling towers and air handlers to provide heat, air conditioning, fresh air, and power for company buildings as assigned
Operates and maintains high and low voltage controls
Operates and provides preventative maintenance of 3 phase equipment
Reads various meters and gauges at specified intervals and records data to verify operating conditions
Inspects equipment at periodic times to detect malfunction, need for repairs, adjustment, and lubrication or filter change
Maintains equipment by any of the following procedures which may include the tightening of fittings, repacking bearings, replacing gaskets, checking and adjusting belts, replacing motors, valves, gauges or other required component parts using hand and power tools, greasing bearings at specified intervals.
Oils and lubricates equipment including, clean boiler, boiler lines, chillers, cooling towers and air handlers
Adjusts manual and computerized controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating range
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or lead man
Maintain an acceptable and reliable attendance record
Regularly cleans energy wheels on the AnnexAire units
Regularly cleans air handler internal walls and changes filters
Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Ensures adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures.
Performs all duties in accordance with company core values, objectives of the Osage Nation, internal policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, ONGR, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a current Oklahoma State Boiler License
Three to five years of experience in commercial building maintenance or a combination of experience and related education to include centrifugal chillers and natural gas boilers
Ability to serve in 7 day on-call rotation after proper orientation with the buildings and structures DPW maintenance is responsible for.
Possession of a 3rd Class Engineer's license issued by the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers Inc
A third class Power Plant Operating Engineer's license issued by the American Society of Power Engineers, INC.
Possess a knowledge and understanding of variable frequency drives
Possession of Environmental Protection Agency 608 Universal refrigerant license
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to perform minor repair and maintenance of boilers, buildings, chillers, cooling towers and air handlers
Knowledge and experience in cleaning methods, materials and equipment in various commercial buildings.
Ability to operate a Personal Computer and Windows based programs including, but not limited to email and building automation systems
Demonstrates ability in the use of painting and hand and power tools in the repair of buildings and equipment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Three years of experience in commercial building maintenance or a combination of experience and related education to include centrifugal chillers and natural gas boilers is required. High School Diploma/GED and a current Oklahoma State Boiler License is required.
