We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a State Registered Nurse Aide(SRNA) to join our 23 bed Transitional Care Unit where under the supervision of an RN or LPN you will perform basic patient care activities. This is a full-time, mid-shift, 40 hour/week position (2)11a-11p and (2) 3p-11p shifts.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, LPN, including monitoring vital signs, possibly taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output
Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation
Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly
Requires critical thinking skills, detail oriented with decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be flexible with work location assignments
Valid current Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide certification, required
Basic Life Support (BLS), required - American Heart Assoc
