Systems Analyst II
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This highly technical position's role is to support and maintain a wide variety of in-house technological equipment and IT assets. An employee in this position performs technical tasks required for planning, installing and maintaining networked desktop computer systems, network components, and peripheral devices; supports and uses multiple operating systems including Windows, Apple iOS, as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office O365 Suite, Adobe, IE, Outlook, our Case Management System (STAC) and others running in a networked and virtual desktop environment. Examples of work performed include:
Provide the initial and final points of contact for user problem tracking and resolution in a timely manner.
Develop and implement standard configurations for hardware and system software and implement upgrades.
Interpret technical information relating to computer programming and data processing relating to case management systems.
Create, maintain and edit multimedia materials and equipment.
Provide technical support in setting up multimedia equipment, video conferencing equipment as needed for training, meeting, courtroom presentations and depositions.
Document all actions in the IT call tracking database.
Conduct and document all testing and research of existing products and proposed acquisitions of technological equipment in a networked environment.
Inventory and maintain computer devices, software and hardware related supplies.
Supervise and train as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to think logically and solve problems
Interpret technical information relating to data processing
Communicate data processing information effectively
Perform quality work within deadlines
Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and three years of related work experience;
or equivalent combination of training and experience
Valid driver's license and a favorable driving record at time of hire
Comptia A+ Certified Technician Certification or be able to obtain within six months of hire date
Microsoft Certified Professional Certification or must be able to obtain within six months of hire
Must be required to obtain NCIC/FCIC certification with a full background check
