Position Overview
This position supports the Director of Recruitment and Retention. The individual selected will assist in managing the coordination, recruitment and onboarding of future Assistant State Attorneys as well as law school and other interns. Responsibilities include contact with potential candidates, coordinating and confirming interview schedules, preparing interview packets, managing the tracking of applicants and related post-interview follow-up. Further responsibilities include helping to develop strategies to increase successful recruitment, coordinating recruitment travel and communicating with applicants. This individual must be positive and self-motivated with a desire and skill set to manage change efforts and quality improvement. The work schedule for this position is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position offers a Limited Flexible Work Schedule and Teleworking Option.

Yearly Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $58,092.00 - Salary to commensurate with experience.
Note: After successful completion of six (6) month probationary period with a "4" or a "5" rating on their performance evaluation, the selected candidate may be eligible for a promotion to a Prosecution Support Specialist II with a 5% pay increase
