This position functions as a section manager in a complex work area of professional, technical and administrative staff who are responsible for the pre qualification of construction contractors, the competitive bidding of state, local, aeronautics, public transit, and demolition projects, all related to the state transportation system, the award of construction contracts and the payments on all construction projects. The section is also responsible for the coordination of agendas for the State Administrative Board.
The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the State Administrative Manager 15 position.

Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
