Stars Innovation is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to drive Enterprise engagement focused on enriched customer experiences to improve Stars results. This leader will influence partners throughout the company to co- develop shared learning agendas, creating alignment on strategic direction and prioritization of focus areas in effort to drive advancement in Patient Experience, Access and Complaints (PEAC) Star measure performance. This individual has an in-depth understanding of how Enterprise functions interrelate, and is able to work effectively with partners in the contact center, sales, product, and other areas.

Drive test and learn roadmap for prioritized solutions in collaboration with both internal partners and external vendors Conduct test and learn initiatives to prove capabilities and determine effectiveness of solutions Oversee complete lifecycle of innovation projects (idea through implementation) Connect the organization to external thinking, trends, and best practices Create collaborative working relationships with teams within and outside Stars organization Demonstrate ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of project or leadership experience Previous Stars and/ or innovation experience 4+ yrs proven skills in analyzing data trends and identifying performance improvement opportunities Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience and quality improvement Effective facilitator - direct collaborative efforts amongst internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree Human Centered Design course completion PMP certification Six Sigma Certification
Additional Information
This position is open to working remote or at the Humana Tower in Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Office.

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
