The Stamford Media Center intern will work closely with the studio's Production Coordinator/Executive Assistant in all aspects of the daily operation and digital marketing of our State-of-the-Art production facility in Stamford, CT. The intern will get hands-on experience in production, digital marketing and facility operations.
The intern's main responsibility will be assisting the Production Coordinator/Executive Assistant in the digital marketing of our production studio and all administrative duties associated with the office of the SVP of Programming and Development and the VP of Production/General Manager.
The successful candidate should be someone with experience with all social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, After Effects etc.) and have a general knowledge of production and facility operations.
A successful candidate is expected to work at least 2-4 days a week.
In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress
Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal
Need to be able to work on-site in Stamford, CT
Internships at NBCUniversal are paid and do not require course credit

Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut; working knowledge of social media platforms; strong creative writing skills; the ability to think outside the box.
Previous internship experience or on-campus leadership
