Au sein de la Direction de l'Excellence Opérationnelle & Stratégique (DEOS) Avril, vous rejoignez une équipe centrale de 10 personnes et participez à l'accélération du programme EOS 2.0 du groupe AVRIL mis en place depuis 2022. Ce programme qui est basé sur les méthodes et les outils de l'amélioration continue concerne aussi bien les Opérations Industrielles que les fonctions Supports ou encore les laboratoires des différentes sociétés du Groupe. Vous serez rattaché au Directeur de l'Excellence Opérationnelle pour les Opérations industrielles du Groupe.

Vos missions et responsabilités seront de :

• Organiser et structurer la communication de la DEOS Avril

• Promouvoir et diffuser les actions réalisées par la DEOS pour faciliter le partage

• Être force de proposition dans la conception et le déploiement des actions de communication

• Participer activement à l'animation de la communauté Excellence Opérationnelle

• Contribuer à la création de contenus, posts, vidéos sur l'intranet Groupe

• Être force de proposition sur les contenus internes

Job qualifications :

Profil du(de la) candidat(e) recherché(e):

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en Communication., et avez de l'appétence pour les sujets d'amélioration continue

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et motivé(e). Vous possédez une volonté de dynamiser une communauté à travers une stratégie de communication.

Durée du stage : 6 mois

Vous détenez un bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
