Staffing Scheduling Coordinator

To maintain daily and cyclical staffing records for Nursing Services and to assist nursing management personnel in the allocation of employees to meet identified patient care needs. Maintains a master schedule of all employees in Nursing Services.

Calculates the workload distribution percentages and skill level composition for a designated 24 hour period using established staffing matrices. In conjunction with the Nurse Managers and Nursing Supervisors, re-distributes available nursing care hours to ensure that patient care needs are met. Education and Training High school graduate or equivalent
