What You’ll Do

• Own the Recruiting Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations, ensuring we meet staffing goals across all businesses.
• Source Top Talent: Post creative and compelling job ads across platforms to stand out and attract candidates.
• Lead Interviews: Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate and hire the best.
• Collaborate with Operations: Partner with our leadership teams to make informed hiring decisions.
• Organize Employee Records: Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, complete, and uploaded promptly.
• Help manage Social Media: Post multiple times a week to our franchise's Instagram and Facebook pages using photos taken by team members on the job site.
