The Staffing Manager is responsible for managing staffing projects and leveraging relationships nationwide for growing division, communicating status of projects with field management/supervisors and requesting/leveraging additional resources when necessary to accomplish set goals, and advises on staffing levels and rates and requires the ability to plan for staffing multiple projects.
Position requires coordination of recruitment efforts through utilizing in-market recruiters, scheduling within established employees, new associate referrals and cold-calling, strong leadership skills, big-picture focus and attention to detail.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment
Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone
Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with telephone-based sales or recruiting
Strong Microsoft Office skills
The ability to balance changing priorities and demands
Work well under pressure/deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
This is a full time, Monday through Friday position. Evening or weekend hours may be required as needed.
