Staffing Coordinator

Job Overview:

Implements all staffing policies. Maintains daily staffing schedules and functions to promote safe patient care. Works in conjunction with Nursing Administration to provide Registered Nurse (RN), Nursing Assistant (NA), and Unit Representative coverage. Enter all non-productive time in ADP system. Adjust staffing as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Successful completion of all orientation programs

Preferred:

• Healthcare Experience

• Scheduling Experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift Working: 6:30AM-7:30PM

• Day Shift

• Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
