GENERAL DUTIES

  • Quality

  • Completes the monthly schedule for SOS nurses matching their availability with the unit needs and keeps TSS and Kronos current.

  • Completes letters, memos, forms and general correspondence including special reports using computer software.

  • Service

  • Assists units daily in meeting their staffing needs utilizing SOS and Agency Personnel.

  • Supports the new hires in the orientation process and associated documentation.

  • Maintains an inventory of forms, equipment and supplies for the department.

  • Community

  • Supports departmental goals and unit activities.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of Secretarial experience required.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.

SKILLS

  • Healthcare experience (Medical Assistant, Scheduler, Patient Access Rep) preferred

  • Data Entry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Organizational Skills

  • Detail Oriented
