Staffing Coordinator

We are a well-established, full service staffing agency in Ann Arbor looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented individual to fill a Staffing Coordinator role. You would be responsible for identifying and matching qualified candidates to a wide range of our job opportunities and then managing employees after they are placed on the job.

This position offers room for growth as well as an excellent benefits package Responsibilities: Screen and interview potential candidates for clerical, light industrial and technical roles Provide timely feedback and follow up to clients regarding their staffing needs Administer assessments to identify specific skills in potential candidates Provide coaching and counselling to employees to ensure they are successful Build and maintain successful client relationships Other duties as needed Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor degree in Business or a related field, outstanding communication skills and proven working experience in a professional environment. You must also be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency. Strong data entry and MS Office skills also required.
