JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator in our Appleton and Oshkosh, WI offices.

The primary role of our Staffing Coordinator is to build client relationships and manage customer accounts. The successful candidate will understand the importance of demonstrating strong communication, be a team player, have superior organization skills and thrive in a high energy environment. Our clients rely on our expertise to guide them through any staffing challenges they may encounter.

In this role you will learn, analyze and present solutions to area business and make them successful. Some of the daily responsibilities are indicated below: Manage client accounts for established businesses and offer solutions to a variety of challenges Act as the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings, monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels Manage advertising and web posting responses Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed Perform interviews with potential candidate and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, and conduct all necessary background checks/reference checks Maintain daily communication with candidates and clients to keep them up to date and informed Accurately maintain client and employee files Prepare and extend offers to selected candidates Provide analytical and well documented reports in a timely manner The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or human resources and a college degree.

SUMMARY To provide parts service and support information to Customer Care Center team members. Participate actively in the streamlined process that enables Customer Service to provide support from beginning to end with an improved customer satisfaction rating. Foster a positive working relationship and effective communication with internal personnel, dealer representatives, and the customer to provide quality service in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review, identify, and supply accurate information for internal team to make updates, maintain or repair a fire apparatus in a timely manner. When necessary, coordinate information, parts, or service requirements with outside sources to the satisfaction of our customers. Process aftermarket Work Orders for fabricated components in a timely manner. Review open work orders and collaborate with internal suppliers to complete orders on the estimated lead time. * Assist in the investigation of customer complaints or escalated, unresolved issues. Active involvement may be necessary to resolve the issue equitably in the best interest of all parties. * Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to assist in determining the best course for the department to be successful and provide an environment for learning. * Engage with other departments within the Pierce organization to build positive relationships and resolution to reoccurring issues and/or issues that may arise * Review daily shortages due to inventory errors and determine causes and corrective actions * Assist the Management in establishing material flow routes, route layouts and material handling methods for delivery, and storage of material * Provide clerical and non-clerical duties within the department when necessary. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Three (3) or more years of experience in material handling or in a related area. Previous experience in customer service with heavy duty trucks and/or equipment Product Knowledge for heavy duty vehicles Computer skills with data entry or maintaining records Previous experience coordinating parts for service events PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associates Degree in a related field.
