Handles all aspects related to employee time records prior to timecard processing. (I.e. sick calls, filling open shifts, sign ups and daily schedule reconciliation.)
Functions as the central communication source regarding staffing and scheduling issues.
Responsible for overall coordination of department staffing and scheduling in line with budget and patient needs.
Responsible for tracking and generating reports for Department Managers.
Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities.
Successfully manages multiple projects and responsibilities.
Perform other work related duties as assigned or requested.
Coordinates schedules for assigned staff according to needs identified by manager.
Maintains and troubleshoots for computerized scheduling system.
Codes and enters data into computer using standard procedures and established time schedule.
Establishes own work plan and priorities using standard procedures to assure timely completion of assigned work in conformance with department policies and procedures.

High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
