Carolina Legal Associates is adding to their team We are looking for a motivated, professional Staffing Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills. The staffing assistant will provide our recruiting team with administrative support.

Responsibilities/Duties for Staffing Coordinator: Answering incoming phone calls and greeting all visitors Contacting potential candidates and scheduling interviews Reviewing and screening resumes Pre-screening candidates Perform confidential background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications Enter candidate information into the ATS and make notes to existing candidate files Following up with candidates during the recruitment process Maintain current client and candidate relationships to ensure successful placements and encourage future placements Track all incoming resumes, placements, position changes, client communication, etc. Provide regular updates and reports on resume counts and candidate status Assist candidates during the interview process and after, answering questions and providing key materials Maintaining office supply stock and organization Scheduling and overseeing deliveries Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Windows Maintain a high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers Ability to work with a large volume database Ability to work in a self-guided work environment and remain accountable for their work production Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Outstanding clerical skills such as data entry, emailing, scheduling, and proofreading All resumes are held in strict confidence.
