We are currently seeking a full-time Staffing Analyst for our Workforce Management Team who will be based in our Administration Office in Marietta.

Responsibilities

The Scheduler functions under the direction of the Manager of Workforce Engineering. Essential functions include, maximizing core staff, maximizing contingency staff across the WellStar System as well as planning resources and deployment strategies; retrospective reporting on patterns/outcomes and collaborating with facilities; as well as acting as a liaison between the RMC and the facilities.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with commensurate related experience.

Required Minimum Experience : At least one year of experience in a workface planning role, preferably in a healthcare setting is preferred. One year of work experience in a customer service driving role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Required Minimum Skills:
Must have strong analytical and computer skills.

Customer relationship management acumen. Must be able to work collaboratively with staff and function under stress. Must be able to effectively communicate and understand verbal and written English language.

Must be able to communicate effectively in a courteous, professional, and tactful manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Strong skills in Microsoft Office products; strong skills in interpreting data.

This opening is for a Workforce Analytics Intelligence Analyst in our Workforce Technical Division of WellStar Workforce Managemnt. The position is to be based in the WellStar Administrative Building and will support the system with their work. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Workforce Technical Manager, the Workforce Analytics Intelligence Analyst is responsible for predictive analysis and need forecasting for the Workforce Engineering division. They are also responsible for the development and continued maintenance of reporting within the WorkSmart applications, inclusive of the Position Control application and the staffing and scheduling applications. The analyst is responsible for creating complex and interactive reports and dashboards using a range of technology tools. They will also verify and maintain data integritywithin the WorkSmart applications and track Key Performance Indicators as specified by Workforce Engineering Leadership. This analyst is expected to gather various requirements from the customers, interpret and gather an understanding of the data, and after fully analyzing, design and distribute the analysis through reports and dashboards. The analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert regarding the tools and techniques used to produce the reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on predictive analytics for staffing across the organization. They will be expected to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable information to the organization. Qualifications Required Minimum Education: * BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar technical degree or BS/BA in another field with significant work experience in data analytics. * Clinical educational background is a plus as well. Required Minimum Certification: N/A Required Minimum Experience: * A minimum of Two years of experience, three years is preferred, experience working in data analysis. * Two years of experience working directly with customers for requirements gathering, functional design, and development and delivery of interactive data in a healthcare environment. * Two years of experience working with complex data sets in a relational database environment with tools such as SQL Server, MS Access, SAS, MS Excel and other 3rd party visualization tools. * Two years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting working with all aspects of staffing and scheduling.
