SUMMARY:

The Premium Services Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions of the Premium Services Department. This includes the staffing of all hourly employees and temporary labor, payroll, new part-time employee onboarding and trainings, all pre and post event paperwork and documentation, along with other duties assigned by the Premium Services Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees Premium Services staffing to include, all full stadium events, as well as all internal and external catering functions, and maintain an appropriate pool of employees by position to sufficiently staff all events.

  • Responsible for bi-weekly timecard corrections and modifications of all hourly employees within the Premium Services department. This includes all job code transfers and punch change requests.

  • Oversee event day employee check in and uniform room operations.

  • Keep Premium Services management informed of staffing levels and pro-actively communicate any employee or administrative challenges.

  • Train employees in established policies, procedures, and service techniques and partner with HR to maintain on the job training material.

  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibility but will interface with event staff on event days.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, focus in Business Administration a plus.

  • 2-4 years of Hospitality experience preferred.

  • Experience working in a sporting or event venue preferred.

  • Effective communication skills; verbal and written.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and PowerBi a plus.

  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

  • Able to commit to nights and weekends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
